nyaaahaaa in internet explorer title bar

dont know how it started but we just noticed that all our internet explorer windows has this extra word "Nyaaahaaa". did some search and found these suggestions and the effect... 1. from http://www.kzone.com.ph/khq/index.php?topic=19966.msg581927 on the part where i would end the process for WScript.exe, WScript.exe is not on the processes... so im stuck on step 5 of 12 2. Scan the pc (used AVG), found a trojan (generic somethingy)and it was deleted/healed but still the problem persists 3. found another tip at http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=.. errr its kinda long ... no malwares found using malwarebytes... found mal_otorun and another thing i forgot using housecall.trendmicro.. and still the problem persists 4. found a way on how to edit the title bar from youtube but it only allows me to use the RegEdit (edit registry) when im logged in as administrator... although the user im using is also tagged as the computer administrator, so i followed the instructions, logged in as administrator in safe mode, but when i go back to the usual user in normal mode, nyaaahaaa is still there... so as you can see with the attached picture... that Nyaaahaaa is still there... need help with removing it or should i just leave it there considering we've already scanned our computer with all antivirus recommended... right now im downloading kaspersky coz my friend suggested its the best antivirus.. so ... please.. help...
