I weigh myself once a year at my annual doctor check up. I don't even own a scale. In the past I have owned scales and found that I would get caught up in the number and obsessed with weighing often. One day I finally said 'enough'. I worry about how I feel now and not about the numbers.

Hi there Pimagro!
I rarely weigh myself. We don't have a weighing scale at home and I only know how much I weigh whenever I go to a clinic or a hospital for check-up.

Honestly I weigh myself every 2-4 days for the simple fact that I'm on a quicky diet, meaning it's not really long term, it's just to lose the 10 pounds I recently gained from pigging out lately. I gained 10 pounds in less than 2 weeks. Wow! Isn't that a big fat shame? I think I should be a shame of myself for letting tasty food take over my life. I only weigh myself this often when I'm on one of my quicky diets, and when I'm not on a diet, I might weigh myself about twice a month just to keep myself posted so I can be careful not to cross that dotted line again, although I slip anyway and end up where I'm at now.
