Hi Mylotters. Recently I am out of love with my laptop. I bought it about 5 months ago and at time, I was crazy about it and I just couldn't wait to get it. It is a 12-inch thinkpad weighing 1.5kgs and very easy to carry when travel. But these day I find it's a little slow compared with bigger notebooks, those 14-inch weighing much more heavier. Here I am just curious. What's the brand and size of your laptop? Are you satisfied with it and how often do you buy a new one? Happy Mylotting!

Hey,as well,I own a 12-inch thinkpad,X61~it's very easy to carry along with me during my trip.wowo`for the running speed,I think it's a little bit slow due to the limit capacity and maybe the CPU compared to the bigger ones. But,it's just fine with me.If you're running some large sofewares or programs, bigger laptops will be better~lol

My laptop is a Hp pavillion Dv5 and it weighs around 2.65 Kgrs. It has a nice wide screen and does the job very well for me. I have only had it a couple of weeks. My other computer is a desktop with Xp on it which I love, what do you think of Vista?

Oh, I think vista takes up too much memories of our disk and noe I am used to it. Just a little difference from XP and I think XP works better:)

laptop currently i'm using is acer.i've been used since 2004 until now.weight i'm not sure, but screen is 15,4".well,it's ok,the perfomence is fine, even though some problems occurs,i've managed to solve it.what i've learned is that, what ever laptop you are using, the first thing and most important is to know how to take care of your computer.try to learn from your friends.from my experience, each laptop has their life-time.majority is 3years.changing laptop it's not necessary for me,i'm satisfy with my laptop.happy mylotting.

I have a Sony Vaio which is 2.3 kg and and an ASUS EEEPC. My Vaio is for my everyday work because the screen is really nice. My DVD-RW drive conked out though. I still like my VAIO though. My EEEPC I like to bring for malling, for moments when I just want to sit down and surf. This was very useful when I was planning for my wedding with my fiance.

Hi. I bought my laptop 3 months ago. I bought Acer . The screen is 14 inches. I bought a laptop skin with a blue butterfly in front. Just love it. It reflects my personality. It has 160G of memory with 2.00Ghz. 1.0gb RAM. I'm surfing my internet using mozilla. It works pretty well for me.

Blue butterfly! How nice that would be. I like butterflies very much and I have four butterflies on my bedboard with four different colors. Of course they are not real. A laptop with a butterfly, awesome!

i have an acer travelmate 2480, i am planning on buying a new one, because my laptop is not suitable for travel purposes, the battery drains so fast and it doesn't have a built in camera.

I have a 4 inch a heavier version of Compaq. I hardly need to carry it that justifies he weight. I have always wanted a bid screen. Considering all those I am quite OK with it. I am hoping to buy a Netbook, which is quite handy and portable.

I have the Kensington Apple Logo Saddle Bag, and I love it. It is nice and padded to protect my iBook, and it is roomy to store just about anything I want to put in it. It's very durable and it looks great. I highly recommend it.

I am on my 2nd Apple, it is the low end Macbook and I love it. By the way the problem with your computer is probably a virus or adware that is slowing it down. Have you clean the hard drive recently and run defrag? That will help too

i just bought an HP and LOVE it - very lightweight and great speed! it has a 15.5 inch screen, so it's not tiny, but it's still portable, i bring it to panera and the library all the time to write. the last time i bought a new laptop was five years ago, so it was definitely time for this new one!

I currently have this Toshiba Satellite laptop that I got from my aunt and I am even thinking of giving it some new look like screen protection as well as protection for the keypad. If I could even do more, I would upgrade the hard disk as well as the RAM it has. The screen is okay for me. I'm not sure about the size but its close enough to the monitor we have for our desktop. I am not really into having or getting a new one. This one is already good while its here. In case we do need to buy a new one, I would recommend ones with the newest operating system. (^_^ )

Hi Denise. My 2 years old labtop is HP Compaq wide screen weighing 2.7kg. It's work good with my job and casual game, but it's a bit slow when I'm played some MMORPG game. I think I'll buy a new one next year and I'll buy a same size with this one. The lighter weight sound good, but I prefer Big Screen.

Mine is Acer Aspire with 14.1 lcd screen and 3.0kgs of weight. Actually 14 inch not so heavy, my friend's 15 inch is very heavy. With 15inch lcd i think that it is too much space consumption when placing in on a table or on our lap

HP is the brand of my laptop with 15.4-inch. I bought three year ago, but it can support most of my work. Recently,I want to have a new one of Lenovo with 10-inch as an assistant.
