Youtube blocked my video for viewing??? WHYYYYYYYY

YOutube had blocked my video for viewing
because I have used a music which is copyrighted
I never knew it would could cause an issue with youtube..
I am making a presentation using my pictures but I have used the
clumsy by fergi song..
and then they email me that it is illegal and my video should be blocked
because I don't have a license to use the song.
Just now I just learned that it is not proper to use just any song..
But why has my video be blocked..unfortunately I have no copy of that video anymore
I cannot retrieved the file and cannot anymore replace my video with another song

yah, but I am just using a part of the song.
They must have warned me before they delete my video..

maybe your video violate regulations the youtube TOS. so you can delete your video, if you don't delete you may be disable account from youtube team. my advice , delete your video is violate regulations. ok, enjoy to you !
