i have a holiday of 7days,but i have no idea to treavl.....

Hi, you should go on a holiday. Take a break from a stressful work environment, relax and ease your mind. Okay, your work is not stressful, but you still have to go on holiday even just for 2 days. You can relax in a nearby resort or go hiking in your backyard (near your home) forest. Or you can visit friends and relatives which you have not seen for a while. Then when you go back to work, you will be more energized to do more even work. Reward yourself, you deserve it. Good luck.

Oh I guess your work has become your comfort zone I guess. I think you should try to modify your life now. Although going back to work is productive but if given the opportunity to have a holiday you should grab it. Well to start with you could start looking for your personal friends to be with and just enjoy their company that could be fun and relaxing. Another thing is why not try it with your family I am pretty sure that with the long hours you've been at work there are some issues stories that you have neglected to know. Be yourself
