anonymity sites and programs

can you list some anonymity/proxy sites or programs that would let me surf the blocked sites in the university. i previously used the software called JAP and lately it's not working. i dont know whether it's the problem with their service or if the university finally found a way to block this software from running. also, all the anonymity/proxy sites that i have checked so far have been banned as well. can you please help me out and give me some suggestions?
