hi there guys!..i presume that maybe, majority of mylot users are smoker (hope that i am wrong..totally!).
seriously speaking i am a smoker (i smoke before and after breakfast, after meal, even while taking a bath and worse i smoke even when NATURE calls haha). i've been smoking for 7 to 8 years now, and know what every year i include it to my NEW YEARS resolution that i will stop smoking or just take less cigarettes per day, somebody told me that my craving to puff cigarette is sometimes psychological, but i just can't help myself but to take one stick every hour. i consume roughly 15 sticks per day.
any one here who is/are smokers too..chain smokers?do you think that it's really possible to quit smoking....totally?

I am a smoker also but just an occasional smoker. I dont long for it as much as you do. If my friends give me a stick, I will smoke it but I dont go out just to buy for it and I dont have that craving that I really need to smoke.
My uncle has learned to stop to smoke because of his health so I know that its not impossible to stop smoking. You have to have a good reason for it so that you will be able to go through with stopping it.

well that is a very bad habbit as it becomes A PART OF YOUR LIFE AND YOU CAN NOT STOP IT.NO DO NOT think it is impossible to quit smoking it is hard but not impossible it has to come from within it has to be given up by ourselvs there is no medicines to cure addiction it can only be left if we uderstand the threat which will come after a few years due to smoking.
