Have you ever dream of something, that you set a goal to reach it?Let's just face it, each one of us has something that we dream of, and that dream drives us hard in order to reach it. When I first worked as a food server in a restaurant I dream of becoming the manager, of having my own staff and lead in its operation. I worked hard to reach the highest position of a restaurant server, I became the captain waiter. But managerial is my aim therefore I worked harder and harder and was again promoted as F & B supervisor, since my manager was also the owner, therefore I can't take her position so I decided to resign. I then applied as a captain waiter in the newly operated restaurant, because of my current record as a supervisor, I was hired. Again I work harder and harder to have more guest and more sales in this resto, and we have reach the maximum target of sales. The owner recognizes the effort I made, so when he open another branch, He put me in the position that I've been longing for, I became the branch manager with good and fresh staff ready to follow my instructions in the restaurant operation.
