How can we encourage this person?

Why do you think there are people who chose to isolate themselves and never mind interacting with others. How can we help this kind of people? How can we encourage them that the world is so wonderful when you start socializing and start interacting with every people you'll meet. Winning friends on every possible occasion would be wonderful as we could learn and grow from every small things they could share us.

encourage s secondary where it will turn to overconfidence........... every one should have self motivation..........

I think that the most important thing we need to understand is WHY they have become like this in the first place mayrah! Until such time as we are aware of the triggers or influences that had made them this way we can't possibly move to address these issues. Nobody ends up being this way without a reason.

I think they just do not trust anybody,so the first thing we should is probably to get their trust.But HOW?We are definitely gonna think about being their friends first,but the thing is they don't have any and they don't appreciate any.How could we work on this job? I have no idea... sorry...
