Caffeine or De-caf?

I still can't believe I di it but I gave up caffeine...my heart was beating too fast all the time and I was having panic attacks. I stopped and have never went back to drinking caffeine and I can tell a big difference. Sucks though when I want a cup of coffee..lol

Yes it did...I drink a lot of tea and have for years and I was afraid that de-caf would taste different ..but it didn't

I gave up caffeine when I got pregnant and I miss it completely! However every day it has gotten easier so I am going to try and stay off it after I deliever.

I do half decaf and half caffiene. It helps give me energy without affecting my nerves. Try it, it does work.

I switched once to Decaf, but that lasted for about 1 day. I tried.

yep, I'm sensitive to caffiene and it gives me headaches so I don;t drink it anymore. Its not really that hard, Withdrawl only usually lasts up to 10 days at the most, but most times around a week

I think de-caf is pointless...hooray caffiene!!
