how to loss the weight??

i plan to reduce my weight, and i know certain food is high calorie, how we know it and calculate how many calorie that we eat a day?

im too tryin to lose weight. the average is women need 2000 calories a day andmen need 2500, but there are many factors which can change this such as the amount of exercise u do, and ur height, etc all u need to do is lose 500 calories a day either through dieitng or exercising. u can read the labels on food to see how many calories it contains
