I have a softer stand on the issue. With 72% of thier liquid fund frozen in paypal, it is just but natural for them to limp. Admin promised everything goes business as usual, so we'll see. To ask for donation from it's loyal members is not that bad. You'd be surprised how big the oldtimers give. If you're getting $$$ a week from the site, wouldn't you a bit concerned it might fold up? Others don't want to lose that oppurtunity that's why they are happy to contribute what they can.

i understand but at the same time i gues it's hard for me cause i have no sympathy cause they knew paypal TOS and broke it. if it was something stupid like people complaing they were being ripped of/not reciving adds when they were ect i would be more inclided to help

The Admin said he had permission to play the jackpots as long as Paypal wasn't used for purchases

And what violation did they commit for their to be frozen? They are asking b'coz thier account was frozen... I don't know where did you get your infos but paypal froze thier acount on mere suspicion b'coz the site has a big account and very high transaction rate daiy. Please enlighten me... I'm lost..

This is the post from the admin- One could think of this as a request for investor. Maybe they will recover enough funds to continue! "I have bad news. PayPal "decided" to put a permanent limit to our account. As soon as I noticed that, I had to stop PayPal services at our site until I could give them a call this morning. I called them and, besides being treated like some criminal, the only valid explanation I got was that we had too many transactions and a big balance. Although anyone's bank would love that, it seems that PayPal considers a good business a risk and there's nothing that can be done about it as we've agreed to a "do whatever you want with our account" agreement. The worst part is that 72% of our funds are now frozen. We wont take this as an "excuse" as some did and we'll continue with our instant payment policy. There won't be any price raise, there won't be any delayed payments. The only thing we ask is for your help. As you may understand, this is a big hit and something has to be done to restore financial stability. I will put up a donate link soon and every donation you can do will help us get through this. I never asked for this but this time it's the only alternative to continue strong. No one will be forced to do this nor a fixed amount will be set. You'll donate only if you want to and with the amount you want to. Everything will remain the same (instant cashouts to AlertPay, prices, etc). The only thing that will be gone is really PayPal (both purchases and cashouts). We're still NeoBux and it won't be this that will destroy us. It just makes me sad. Thank you and sorry for all the inconveniences this may cause you. "

Ok, if neobux isn't gone in six months then you will live in shame. If it is, then we live in shame. Heehee.

I don't think they are pathetic at all. The admin is asking for donations so he doesn't have to stop the instant cashouts. A lot of members can afford to donate because the make enough money. Me for example, I make over $10 a day and have been paid many times. I want the site to continue to pay all members instantly through this tough time. No one is required to donate and I wouldn't even consider it if I was a new member. Please stop scaring people. Neobux isn't going anywhere.

I did the same thing. I didn't invest until I was paid first. I did get some direct referrals to help it go faster.

Exactly my thoughts. Funny thing is, most of those complain on forums are non-investors...

That is pretty pathetic! Why wouldn't you want to donate money to a site just for them to pay you what they owe you!?! Robbing Peter to pay Paul kinda thing.

nooooo! Say it isn't so! I love neobux. Why don't they just pay with alertpay?

Don't worry. You will still get paid with Alertpay. They are only asking for donations from those who want to. This is so they can continue with Instant cashouts. I personally donated because I earn more than $10 a day.

Let's set it straight... They were blocked not b'coz they asked for donations.., They are asking donations b'coz 72% of thier funds is frozen in paypal... You're confusing it...

i just saw a donate option in the site. So is it the end? If we are earnubg a lot from the site, then its not a problem to donate to the site. But for me, i haven't earned a dollar from the site. I was thinking of renting some referrals but now i think i should wait for some more time....
