adobe after effects problem?????

Though you may install it, I doubt its performance. It is not advisable to go for less than standard requirements.

there is trick to install adobe after effect with lesser than the standard requrements, it imposible... even if you manage to install this, you will get problems later when your going to run the problem, it will make your computer run slower for sure.. or it might restart because of system difficulty..
