Cop Shows

When I was a kid I watched several Cop shows for example I used to love to watch the show In The Heat Of The Night because Bubba was so funny and he was my favorite character on that show,I also liked watching the show C.H.I.P.s because it was a very good show too,another show I loved was Walker Texas Ranger and that was by far my favorite cop related show because I have always dreamed about being a Texas Ranger and living in Texas.

I can go back a little further Anne. Starsky and Hutch came along when my children were small although I think they may have been tucked up in their beds when it was on. We didn't have a tv when I was a child but when we eventually got one, I used to love watching Dixon of Dock Green every Saturday night.

I enjoyed the show Hunter. Until I was older I didn't realize the main male lead had been a football (American football) player in real life. I remember my sister and I were not allowed to watch it (we were 8 and 10) but we'd sneak down to the living room where my dad was (my mom was usually asleep) and watch it peeking behind the couch. My dad couldn't see us from his vantage point.

I loved Starsky and Hutch. I used to make the whole family watch it! I was a Starsky fan. I also liked NYPD Blue I thought that was a great show. Hawaii 5-0 was another classic. Book em Dano! Streets of San Fransisco made me fall in love with the city and Micheal Douglas.

when i was young my ever fave cop show is "SHAIDER"-japanese inspired show...and even until i still watch the replays...i think the lead actor (alexis) and actres (annie) were now very old... hmm i dont know if anyone of you is familiar with it...

The cop show I used to love when I was a child is not even known by most people for some reason? It was called "Dempsey and Makepeace" and the main characters were a New Yorker guy and a British woman as police partners. I also use to watch "Hill Street Blues" and when I got older I also used to watch the first seasons of "NYPD Blue" as well. I was always a big fan of the British series "The Bill" as well.

I wasn't a child but I have always liked California Highway Patrol..CHiPs, with Erik Estrada (Poncherello) and Larry Wilcox, Officer Jon. This was one of my favorites. I also liked in the Heat Of The Night, with Bubba, (Alan Autry,) was my favorite on that one.

I like to watch movies rather than shows. Action packed cop shows are good, but my favorite is detectives. I'm a great fan of Sherlock Holmes. He is the one who gained more popularity than its creator. How many characters has got this uniqueness.

I also like to watch Starsky and Hutch and I like Hutch more than Starsky. I watched it every week with my family. I also like to watch CHIPS. Those cop shows were very popular then.
