So finally, I am announcing this all to all mylotters...
I'm getting MARRIED! 
GEEsssh... Honestly, i am and i can't help get excited with it. Well not to mention the crammings for the soon to be preparations you know but I don't actually care at all. hihihihihihi..After 8years of long engagement with my significant other, finally we have decide to tie the knot next year. We're both in the process of preparing things for now so it's a quite hectic 'days' for us..
Oppss, i also would like to thank a friend of mine here in mylot for posting a discussion regarding wedding motifs because til now, I still can't decide what color to use. Definitely GREEN will be present but I'd like to add one or two more colors to make it look cute? or colorful? hihihiihhi..
(Thanks pinks too for the cute suggestions you've mentioned on zelmarq's discussion..)

After eight years of getting to know each other, you've finally decided to get married. So happy for you guys. Congratulations...You really are meant for each other. Best wishes and may you have a fruitful life ahead of you. Getting married is not a bed of roses though you two have long engagements but still have a lot of adjustments. hi there! im just new to myLot. it's good to hear your news. i also got married, may 2008. but it's only a civil wedding. since you're having a church wedding, i suggest the motif of red and orange, but not too red or orange. i've seen this motif in a tv series and i must say the combination is really good. very earthly. the tv series is in my girl remake in the philippines. regards!

good for you rangics. this is a very good news after what your sister and your family had been through after the child adoption issue. of course i am my family are happy to hear that and hope you make up your mind already for the motif. lol. why not try pastel colors all of pastel. i mean one will wear peach one will wear baby violet and one will wear pastel green. it would be very pleasing for the eyes for it would look like ice cream. lol just a suggestion. we will look forward for that very day and hope to see pictures of that grand celebration here at mylot.

I am happy to hear the wedding bells are ringing for you. you are most gracious in announcing your wedding date to mylot members. Well, congatulations :):):) And I do hope you find the perfect combination of colors to make that day super special.
I confess that all that hectic running around preparing for the wedding didn't appeal to me so hubby and I ended up dealing with it by not doing it. Not the wedding LOL, just the whole thing around it. No dress- well... yes clothing but not the traditional bride's gown - no bridesmaids.. actually no big ceremony... heck no ceremony at all LOL It worked for us because none of us - basically mean cuzz I'm not sure if it's a groom's dream as well :) - had any special dreams about the wedding, the idea was just get married heheheheh
It worked well and it was a special day for us.

LOL I forgot to mention we went one step further to make things even simpler in city all there were 4 people present: My parents, me and a witness 
No, really, he had been back home to marry but I couldn't bring myself to decide on leaving my country so we canceled the whole thing of, and a month later, after many letters back and forth, he did change my mind, but couldn't take time off to go back home again, so we married by proxy and celebrated - just the two of us, no reception , a month later when I arrived to Canada.
That will be 25 years next June and so far, so good :):):)

I am so happy for you, girl. Just keep on being happy and relax. I planned my wedding for only 15 days, do you still remember that? And everything went well. You know why? Because i only concentrated on planning my bridal dress and my husband's suit and looking great. I left the rest to my "planners". Limit your color combination to 3. One dominant, like green, then the two would just accesorize and add "glitter" to your green. Anyhow, i am sure it will be a fun time for you and the girlfriends there planning and going over bridal magazines. Oh i wish i am there, but do send photos okay? You do not need luck. You are already so blessed. Treasure that fact.
