I am 65 kg, about 133 pounds I suppose, I am 1m 70 tall, about 5.7 ft and 49 years young. I am trying to lose a few more pounds, in the last year I have lost 20 pounds by starting to eat more than I have ever done before. Now I eat about 5 times a day, but always small portions, so I never go hungry and do not really crave for snacks that are not healthy. A lot of people only eat once or twice a day and then large portions, which means there is a long time between meals and this causes you to snack on the wrong things. I start with a cereal breakfast, often cornflakes and sometimes oatmeal with fresh fruit, then at about 11 I will have a muesli bar, at about 2 I have a nice hot meal with dessert, at about 5 I eat some fruit or a milkshake and at about 8 I will eat two slices of bread. This is the way I am slowly but surely losing weight.

This is an odd question. but I am 5'2" 6 months pregnant and I weigh 169 lbs. I normally only weigh around 149. and I work out regularly, the BMI chart has me as overweight. muscle weighs more than fat. I am always in tip top shape,solida muscle, and at 149 lbs I wear a size 4-6, Im happy with that. I don't consider that overweight. I love to workout and excersize..so Im not concerned about my pregnany weith either :)
