hi,i am a new user on this website.also i am fresh to use the paypal.but now i am puzzled that whether the paypal accout needs credit card,or just bank accout can work.i am curious.thanks for the imformation.

You do not need a credit card for paypal. You just have to associate a bank with your paypal account. That is needed when you withdraw money from your paypal account to your bank. You have to reach a minimum level in your paypal account and then you can withdraw your money. If you have any more queries you can ask. Happy mylotting :)

may i know what is the minium level.how much balance shoule be in the accout and then i can withdraw my money

For my country i.e Germany minimum amount is $10. Then there is no fees for transferring the amount. But you have to check for your country and it may vary.

it's not necessary 2 use a credit card unless u want do a big deal by paypal. by the way, it seems u v changed ur photo ,that's gr8. M from China. Njoy!bro.

The great thing about paypal as well since everybody has already mentioned what is necessary to be verified, within 60 days of verification you are offered a paypal debit card that you can use. This initial process of verification is required though so if you think it's within your reach, by all means go for it and use your paypal debit later on instead.

Actually paypal needs a credit card just to be verified as a premium member.You can add your bank account to paypal to transfer funds to your bank account within limits. You can check your limits when you log in to paypal.
