I like to eat tinapa with tomato and bagoong alamang on the side. I want to eat daing with vinegar and chili dipping. I like daing na bangus in particular. I often eat them with garlic rice. Do you like to eat tinapa? Or you like to eat daing more? What is your best dipping with them? Thank you for sharing..

I like daing na bangus better especially the boneless type from Pangasinan. Nowadays, I often eat "tinapa" specifically "smoked mackerel", which is quite expensive at around 120 pesos per 200g (that's only 3 small cuts of mackerel fillet). I prefer heating it in the oven instead of frying. Then I pour vinegar on it. Yum yum.

I like daing na bangus. I eat tinapa but I am more of a daing ng bangus fan. Anyways, the way you describe them is quite yummy.

i like daing more than tinapa... i love the "daing na bangus" that we usually marinate on vinegar, a little bit of soy sauce, and lots and lots of garlic and pepper.. yum! i would eat it with mangoes (green), with fish sauce, or bagoong, and tomatoes.. yum! made me really hungry!
