I really feel voiceless and exhausted after a hard week try to teach and keep control of my pupils. How was your week? Was it hard or not?

Hello ronaldinu I am a single mum to 3 young and energetic boys and am always tired come the weekend!! I have had a problem with toothache this week and so have had little sleep but the treatment really took it out of me too, she gave me three injections and my mouth is so tender today. At least the tooth is fixed now and I look forward to a better week next week!

I take it that you are a teacher. My hat is off to you. I do not know how you do it! Most kids are so disrespectful these days. What grade level do you teach? My mom drives a bus and works with pre-schoolers. They are not so bad to deal with, now the middle school kids are ggrrrrr!! I spent quite a bit of time volunteering at my kids middle schools through the years and it is horrible! I hope you have a great weekend! I am having a decent week!

I'm a bit late with my response and the weekend is well over. However, the delay is due to the fact that I had a very hectic week last week. My daughter and myself have a website which suddenly becane inundated with spammers. My daughter has just moved to a new house and doesn't have internet at present so the work load has fallen on me. At one stage, I couldn't keep up with the spammers and I had to stay awake for most of the night so I had to have the site disabled. My daughter came to my house on Sunday and sorted it out so now I just have almost a thousand emails to read...most of which are just spam and viruses...or should that be virii!

To me, there's not much difference between weekdays and weekends as i have to work everyday.. haha ^_^ The only difference is that, it's much more quieter when i'm taking public transport on weekends during peak hrs ^_^ Other than that, weekends, will just be a day of nice movies on the tv for me, and nothing much.. haha ^_^ But still, no matter how hard or easy my week is, i will still be looking forward to weekends, because it gives me a completely different feeling ^_^

Teaching is hard work, no wonder you're tired! My week wasn't hard but I'm still newly employed and adjusting to a different schedule. It's getting easier, though. Thank you for being a teacher! You teachers shape the world more than you know and should get paid more and appreciated more.

I can't believe it, you're a teacher too! What is your forte and what is the level of the kids you are teaching? I agree with you on liking the weekends. Literally, I have no voice right now since this is a tough week for me. We had the most difficult lesson in our curriculum and I am looking forward on weekends for a long rest.

Hi Ronaldinu, behind my house there have building construction going on, thus my house is much more dusty than normal. In addition, as everyday work till late and no time to clean it, thus when step on floor, can see the foot mark, really get mad. With that, i have to clean the house by this weekend and look for ways to seal and prevent the dust fly into my house again. For Sun, plan to have full time sleeping cause have been busy for last few days!!

I agree TGIF! My week seemed very long as I've been feeling sick and only wanted to rest rather than being at work. I'm glad its friday so i can have an extra nap or two to get better. Other than being sick its been very busy and i find i'm not home much these days and i miss it.

I think I had a pretty good week, nothing eventful happened. I am glad its the weekend tho, I'm always glad for that, its a time to do nothing, and relax and rest, for some of us anyway, I guess it may not be that way for everyone...have a good day

I've actually had a nice week because it's school holidays here and my husband has been home - so we've just been mooching around doing nothing much before he goes back to work on Monday. Also, we're having lovely weather - warm, but not too hot. I hope you have a relaxing weekend!

I have a wonderful week in my working field although it is always hard in many matters as long it will be fine for all of the work that I have in the Custom or in the Port Authority in Kuwait......

I'm a little tired. But for some reason I never seem to run out of energy for taking care of my friends I work with at a nursing home. I still have another 7 days to go until I get a day off though, ask me again in a week. They are very different from pupils though, there are only one or two I have to chase now and then, most of them can't do anything at all, so I'm happy when I can do even a little something for them.
