hey guyzz i gonna organize a GD in my class....i m doing engineering in IT..please give me some ideas of good GD topics to discussed....I prefer social topics.....give me ur suggestions plz....

Taking you are from Indis why don't you discuss the biggest social problem of our country that is mass conversion of Christians into Hindus forcefully by fewactivists..It is sure to get huge reponses from your fellow classmates.. You can also try out the issue of facing huge protests by commoners or politicians while setting up an industry..The question being is it O.K to take agricultural land for industry and if no where will the industry grow and if yes what and where will the farmers cultivate.. You could discuss on the social or rather job security of the IT workers which is a very important issue in the present condition... Then again you could discuss the over dependence of Indian IT industry on the US economy and also may be the working condition of the workers which are obviously very hectic in the IT industry... Hope This will help.

there can be many topics..as being in India,i faced many topics like..Child labour,Love Marriages versus arranged,Empowering women,Should Engineers Swtich to IT just for a better working environment. In many IT companies ,the abstract topics are most popular ones, that were Black versus White,Green Apple,Pink Panther, Colors,Green is the new color etc. You can refer to many sites for the gd topics...
