Are you health cautious?

If you are health conscious will be taking regular exercise like jogging, or some other. Anyway, how often do you weigh yourself?

Hi bvdev234! Basically, I enjoy taking a walk after dinner. It is really good for health, believe me.

Yes, i am very health conscious because i dont want to get sick. Im still young and i feel that there are still alot of things that i would like to do. I always eat the right food. I seldom eat pork and meat, only vegetables and fish. I also take antioxidants and vitamin c every morning. I also dont smoke and seldom drink, only during occassions. I drink at least 8 glasses of water and try to get as much sleep as i can.
