Do you follow any specific routine/time-table to stay fit??

Hey, guys what measures do you take to stay fit and healthy?? I made a time table recently on what food i will eat and in what quantity!! Have followed any such routine, has it helped you in any way would you suggest it as the best method for everyone to follow???

I get up at 4.50 everydaty and do an hour and half of yoga and exercises. In teh evening I go an dplay golf for 3-4 hours. Tht is all i do for fitness. As for eating, i eat limited quantities during the meals.i used to really hog earlier, but now i have cut it down drastically. I feel healthier and fitter.

I try to regularly eat my meals on time (same time each day thts supposed to keep your stomach from misbehaving later in life). Plus i do 60 pushups per day (2 sets of 30) and then do crunches till im really tired. Helps to get you a more than fit body. If you are looking to emulate Jhon Abraham however, i would reccomend the gym - Daily! :-D
