I need more energy to do all my activities for one day. I am not taking in any vitamins, and I do not like to. Apart from vitamins, how can I stay active longer, without feeling tired and sleepy, and without getting sick. It feels I am following a routine of attending to chores, I want to be awake for longer time, to attend to recreation, and study and other things. I get 8-hrs sleep, sometimes less, sometimes more. But sleep is not the problem. It's just that I cannot be 100% awake for 12 hours. My energy does lower easily after i finish those routine.

Well, the best things you can do for your body health wise is diet and exercise- it will give you more energy because it will speed up your metabolism. Another thing to keep in mind is the amount of caffine you put in your body, while it helps in the short-term it actually causes your energy to drop-so if you drink lots of caffine that could be the first place to start. I know you worte you didn't like vitamins but they do help. Also considering talking with your doctor (which you should do anyway before starting any diet/exercie plan). Good luck and I hope you get to feeling better.

Your advice is good, but I really don't like to see doctors. I just want to comment on caffeine. I drink coffee at least once everyday. I can't quit it. Can it be considered " a lot"?

No one cup of coffee isn't a lot.
