I think I have ridden once when I was a little. I have tried riding once when we would visit the farm.

I have not tried one in LB but I remember my roommate would tell us that she had to wrestle with the carabao as part of their subject.

Oh yes, I did once. I was still a little kid then and I was with my cousins. We had so much fun. My grandfather's brother had a farm and we visited it during a summer break and he let us ride the carabao. The poop really stinks but we were oblivious with the smell. We were only concerned about having fun. Haha. But I bet it wont be as fun now. I can't imagine riding a carabao again. LOL.

I can still recall it but very vague nowadays, I remember my father put me on top of a live one when I was still a kid. I remember the rough skin with some hairs. I did not stay that long since I was afraid of its size and its horn.

I hvae not tried riding it b4, as in singapore, we dun have any farms for animals, except for the zoo.. hehe ^_^ I think riding a buffalo should be fun, just like riding horses. haha ^_^ Just that a buffalo is slower, and much more unsteady as compared to horses.. But still, that's an experience i will like to try if given a chance to do so ^_^

Nope, I haven't experiencing riding a carabao and even a horse..
But I want to try.. Actually, I had seen already carabao and a horse here in the Philippines especially in the province area where there's a "bukid" or farm..

Yup I have rode one but I was very young when I rode one. It was fun but I felt sorry for the carabao, because maybe he was so tired that after I rode him he just sat down under the shade of the tree near a stream.

Hey there! Yeah, I have tried it. I remember I was 8 years old. We went to our grand fathers province for vacation then. They have a carabao. I love riding it. I would always ask my uncle to let me ride it with him. It was a bit scary because it's body is huge so I would hold to my uncles clothes. lol. Happy posting!!

No I haven't yet. I hope someday I can. We have some relatives living near the farm. I hope one if I visit them I will be able to try to ride to Carabao and even Cow they are really look alike.
The Carabao is really a big help for our farmers.
Have a nice day..

My line of work has something to do with the water buffalos (specifically dairy breed of water buffalos) but I have not experienced riding one. Do you know that in Nueva Ecija, Bulacan, Tarlac, Negros Occidental, and elsewhere, there are racing carabaos? Lots of betting going on in there esp. during festivities. Carabaos can run like horses even while pulling a cart. You've got to see it.
