fighting insomnia

how do you deal with it? and what do you usually do when you can't sleep at night?

It's 2:15 a.m. right now and I need to go to bed. I stay up on the computer or watching t.v. when I can't sleep.

Sometimes I listen to music. Sometimes I just have to eat or drink something. Maybe I need to watch bad infomercials on TV. *LOL* And sometimes I just toss and turn until I wear out. :)

as far as i know, insomnia is a sleeping disorder. when i was in my 2nd year in college, i also suffered insomnia, until i dropped all my classes due to it. my boyfriend then and my husband now, asked his doctor sister, on what's the medicine to take, his sister told him, "its not a problem, tell her to break with her boyfriend"...LOL... "no, i am his boyfriend". i think, there is no actual medication for it, its just that you have to leave all your worries, fears, or whatever bothering you because i know its all up to you to make yourself comfortable. before sleeping drink a glass of hot milk to ensure a sound sleep. beat it!will surely work.
