No particular favourites, but I ahve a whole list of proverbs from around the world that I have been saving. Not sure what I am going to do with them, but I am saving them for something, some day. Maybe I'll make a book out of them.

My favourite one that I always remember fondly, probably because I had it said to me so much that it got ingrained in my Wolf Brain and that was Procrastination is the thief of time! And that is so true isn't it and yes I am guilty of that. I put off too much stuff because I am lazy, always have been, it's one of my weaknesses, I am a lazy wolf for sure!

Put your best foot forward. While the proverb actually means to start a task with purpose and gusto, it has always had double meaning to me. I believe that when I decide to do something, make a change, start a task, whatever, I should do something now to take a 'step in that direction'. I can remember back as far as junior high this proverb having both of these meanings to me. I also like A picture paints a thousand words. I think it is just pretty.
