How do I boost my adsense earnings??

Hi guys! I´m having some serious trouble with google adsense. I´m not making any money from it!! I´ve seen people complain about how "bad" earnings they have had and how they managed to increase them. But to be honest, I would be fine with those "bad" earnings. For example: "Oh I used to average 1-2 dollars a day but now I´m making 50 bucks" I don´t want 50 bucks a day I just want to make some money
