I don't know how you could reduce your calorie intake by eating chocolate. It always has some calories to it. In moderation, it's not bad. If you're eating milk chocolate, it's not good for you. But dark chocolate has been shown to have health benefits.

In my opinion that, when we take a couple choc bar then we tend not to take any food stuff after that, its because there is special ingredient in chocolate that make us feels full everyday...does this makes sense?

That's not an opinion though. That's something that could be proven or disproven. I'm not certain that is true. Speaking only from my own experience with chocolate, it does not make me feel full.

If you eat a bar of chocolate every day without cutting back on other things you will get fat. I wouldn't each chocolate every day because it's to many calories in a small bit of food.

i am wondering about the logic here...Chocolate has calories, a certain number for each portion...they are not hidden calories...it is shocking how many calories are in a milky way bar...over 250. snacks are nice at 50 calories, so i buy very good chocolate and cut it up into small squares, and enjoy a piece when i want the choclate fix. some chocolate is like, 75 percent cocoa and little sugar so has benefis from the chocolate for your health...always small amounts of almost anything that you love...i like very dry choclate, almost all cocoa beans and very little sugar...the fat in chocolae is thought to be beneficial. I even like hagen daz lo fat e cream with dusting of very good unsweeted cocao. a bar of super quality can cost 4 to 8 dollars...it will last me a week. A nibble of choclate, a walnut half, a few raising..blueberries...ah, heaven on earth in a moment on the lips forever on the hips. pastry chef , marigold, south natick, ma

Like anything else, an excess of chocolate can indeed contribute to weight gain. The important thing is to eat it in moderation. Dark chocolate in particular has been shown to have some really healthy qualities, but that doesn't mean you can eat as much of it as you like! Be sensible with your portions and there is no reason you can't enjoy some of your favorite foods (like chocolate) while still maintaining a healthy weight.

I think chocolate can be really good for you, but like anything you can eat too much of it if you're not careful. Also, I think it's healthier to eat dark chocolate, rather than that sugary milk chocolate stuff like Hershey's for instance.

sometimes people get fat when they have excess choclate and some people wont..it depends on peoples and their body reaction towards chocolate
