what would you expect from your best friend on your birthday?

you may have some friends or maybe some best friends too. if it is your birthday and they know it already and you have a feeling that they will do something special this time around for your birthday to make it a memorable one.
what would you think that something special be? or what would you like it to be?
what was your best birthday gift?

To me, the best birthday gift, is a gift of time. I love it when my friends and family make me feel special for the day. Make me laugh, tell me a good joke, let me know that I am important to them. Maybe even cook my favorite meal.
In 10 years, I won't remember a shirt, or something materials. I WILL remember a special day, and the person I shared it with.
