Is there any one else out there who has been wondering about the ghost dog that used to show up and protect Melinda? I was hoping to find out more about him.

Oh yeah, I'd forgotten about him.
He was around for a while, and then you didn't get to see him anymore.
Did he go into the 'light'? I'm sure she said when he was around, that she couldn't cross him over, so he should still be with her - but he isn't.
Hmmm it would seem that somebody forgot about him in the series that followed!
