For any ordinary woman at 9 to 6 job in a country like India,it becomes very difficult to give time at home. In most of the metros like Bangalore, Kolkata and Mumbai, traveling takes a long time. And that is tiring too. Thus, 'Work from Home' culture has to be adopted here as soon as possible.

I love working from home and even though I do not make as much money as I did on my outside job I do not have to worry about the travel expense and the wardrobe involved with it! I wish you lots of luck at finding a job at home or of your company converting to work at home positions! How long do you have to travel one way in a day? I am sure it is quite hectic.

Two hour to go, naturally two hours to come back, if everything is fine.

I guess it would be more difficult. We just jump in the car or the bus and 20 minutes later we there.

It's not so easy even today everywhere. Say the bus may come late, the frequency of the bus service is very poor, a bus may go out of order. So many things can happen and are happening daily.
