I have the worse Headache!

My head is pounding right now, I have been running about all day driving around and squinting my eyes because of the sun, but I had sunglasses on. Anyways I started getting this really bad headache in the sides of my temples and it hurts so bad. I just took medicine to calm it down, but it isn't working fast enough and I think I'm going to die!

maybe its stress and you need some relaxing music to relax by. or maybe your sun glasses arent dark enough.
