I am so confused, I read how you shouldn't eat cheese, but then I read you should have so much dairy a day... or is there certain types of cheese that is considered healthy....

Moderation is the key. So if you really wanna have cheese, a small bit is good, However dont have too much as it will not be good for your system

I love cheese :) there are some that are healthier than others, I think goats cheese doesn't have much fat? But yeah, it;s good for calcium just can't have too much, which is a bummer cuz I could eat it all the time lol

cheese - A plate of different cheeses
I love cheese but it is very fattening hence there must be ingredients that are not good for you. I find it very hard not to have any cheese it is the thing i miss most on a diet and the low fat cheese is disgusting

If you're going after dairy consumption, try milk or yogurt. Cheese really isn't healthy. It's ok in moderation, but you really shouldn't be looking to it for getting the recommended amount of dairy products.
