Dou feel that recession in economy across world leads to quality and cautious spending ?I feel people will spend good amount of time for taking decisions on spending and this leads to reduction in unnessary spending . What do you say ?

Good day.. Whether recession is global or local, cautious spending is the way to go. I mean every cents and penny save can help buy things of more and of urgent necessity. Gadgets, fashion clothes and expensive foods can be put in a list and be bought later on when things cool down, for now buy things that are of necessity and save for tomorrow.
