im terrible for eating breakfast, but i have been told i should eat it as a key to losing weight.
sometimes i manage to eat some but its usually stuff like dinner from the night before or a sandwich, most often i just have a cup of green tea though as the thought of eating breakfast just makes me feel ill.
id love to hear about wat everyone eats for breakfast, maybe i can get some inspiration lol

mmm i love bacon but it has to be smoked and i dont like it to crispy, not sure about the plum jam though, i only like strawberry lol, though this is a nice filling breakfast, good for the start of the day. i wish i could eat this good this morning. all i managed to eat this morning is a pear and a cup of green tea.

hope you had a good sat too, i do like plums so maybe i would like the plum jam, though im very strange, i like strawberry jam but only on toast, i would be sick if i ate it in a sandwich lol.
had two pieves of toast and a pear for breakfast this morning so its kind of a improvement lol.

yeaaaah, another green tea drinker lol, have u heard the myth/ does it really help u lose weight?
i only started drinking it for that purpose, i have a sweet tooth and when i used to drink regular tea i used to have 3 sugars in it!
but i find with green tea i have to have it unsweetened.
hmm maybe cup a soup would suit me in the morning too as its a bit like just having a drink i guess. my only problem is that they all probably contain dairy, which i cant have.

I didn't eat breakfast this morning, I usually don't. Easting breakfast usually makes me feel sick. I just wait and eat lunch and I can eat a nicer lunch since I didn't use up all of my calories on breakfast.

also skipping breakfast is making my blood sugar go wild, so ireally need to sort it out lol

I didn't have breakfast today because I woke up at noon. For lunch I had clams in black bean garlic sauce (it's very yummy, cheap too) and eggplant with tomatoes. We also had some fish but it wasn't deboned so I didn't have any of that. For dessert I had a small slice of chocolate decadent cake, a few pieces of seedless grapes, and one small square of Godiva milk chocolate. :)

also i wish i could wake up at noon, but my four year old thinks its funny to wake everyone up at anytime after 4am every morning.

I usually have vegemite on toast but this morming I had a fried egg on toast, I wanted to try out a new grill type thing that has an indentation for where the egg cooks but the egg spilled all over the top so silly idea i think...haahahahahah

hehe, mmmm fried egg on toast is delicious, maybe i shoould try this, ive heard though thats its bad for chloestral to have more than 2 eggs a week, dunno if thats true though.
i prefer them boiled so that the yolk is a tiny bit runny.
anything with mite on the end of it, marmite, vegemite is yuck lol, i hate it hehe

I too realize that it is important for me to eat a healthy breakfast to start the day but I struggle to bring myself to do this regularly.
My standard day starts with a couple of cups of coffee, maybe some fruit juice and not much else, but this morning I did manage to also have half a red grapefruit! Sometimes I will have a tub of yoghurt as well. I tried having high fibre cereal for a while there but as per usual I slackened off and this lasted only a week or so. I still have the boxes of cereal on top of the fridge so I guess I should at least finish them! lol.
