Do you eat junk foods?

Junk foods are not good for the body and I don't include junk foods in my daily consumptions. Except for rare occasions when i only taste junk food. I believe that junk foods do not contribute anything to the nutrients we need. I always tell my pupils that they should not eat junk foods. Instead they should eat fruits.

Hello masmasika I never take junk food but occasionally while in the party or picnic etc. I used to take but that too with limited quantity. Junk food is health hazardous. Lot of peoples are taking due to its spicy & tasty ingredients and there is no nutrients . If you take junk foods regularly You will have to face indigestion,acidity and other stomach related problem. It is always adviseable not to take junk food. pkc3000

I agree! I rarely eat junk foods and it's never McDonalds or any fast food, only something from my sweet tooth . I believe that junk food causes the body to not process nutrients properly, so even if you do eat healthy, the chemicals in the junk food are causing your body not to function the way it was intended. Junk food clogs the digestive process and the amount of chemicals that food companies put into these foods is staggering! It's amazing that so many countries in the world allow these food companies to NOT list all the ingredients in the "food". I eat organic fruits everyday, at least 2 helpings and eat a salad , along with at least one other veggie at dinner each night. It's very hard (and expensive) to eat all organic, but we now read the ingredient labels on the foods we buy, and avoid hydrogenated oils, artifical sweetners at all costs. Great post!

I eat lot's of junk food, and i know it's not healthy. I'm doing better thou. I do eat more vegetables and fruit.

Hello,Masmasika! No junk foods I like to eat,as these foods contain artificial flavor and preservatives and other chemicals which can contribute to lifestyle disorders like diabetes,obesity and blood pressure.It is better to cook nutritious and delicious foods at home and consume for maintaining a good health.thanx.

Oh I love junk food, especially McDonalds and then Hungry Jacks, I know they are not really good for you but I love their burgers...I think everything in moderation we only live once and i would rather live enjoying...
