I always want to have some ffruit juice if I can. If I was not able to get even the fruit juice (I love sapota), I try to have a piece of jaggery. Having jaggery after our meals shows good effects on our health.
I like to eat fruits and I know eating lots of fruits is good for the health. I really like to eat mango,watermelon,banana and lots of tropical fruits. I will eat them anytime in a day not only after meals.
