Foxcash.net is it scam?

Foxcash is a ptc site. I think faxcash is a scam. What do you think? Is it really a scam site?

You know, I think foxcash together with it's xclix.net is a scam. I still have a pending payout since august and I haven't receive it yet. If you'll go to other forums you'll also find other complains of non payment.

yes, i think they have gone scammed. since 30 day passed, and some member cannot recieve payments and the day of payments showed in forum have not been updated conclusion, it is a scam
