How much popular is the psp?

My kids where very anxious to buy the psp.But time after time I boughtn them one each.It is wonderful video game with the picture very clear.My kids use to take it with them where ever they go.I would be very curious to go and play a game

Is very popular but not so much as Gameboy ;/ i can't understand why? I think PSP is much better.
