Does Michael really have his mother's disease?

If you watched the last episode, you probably saw that Lincoln was talking to Sara about his mom and he mentioned that when she was 31 years old, she started to bleed from her nose and eventually she died. This was a terrible disease and Michael is experiencing the same symptoms. And he is 31 too!!! What will happen? Will this be the last season of Prison Break?

Maybe. But he did have his share of hits on the nose in past seasons of Prison Break, that may have weakened his nose resulting in bleeding under stress peaks. I don't think he will we written off Prison Break with the show continuing. If he goes, so does Prison Break : he's too important a character to remove without leaving a huge hole in the cast, not to mention storylines. I think season 4 is great so far, and I would love to watch more seasons of the show. That being said, if Prison Break does get a season 5, some character(s) should go or get back to prison, or else FOX might as well call it Ocean's 11 TV.

I don't think this will be the last season,but it is sure that michael have his mother's disease.

Well, maybe it's not the last season. But you can never tell. To be straight, Prison Break is a real hit in China. Since I graduated from college I just started to watch this, and then looked forward to watching it at my work. I just waited and waited. PB goes well in most of my friends and relatives and net pals in other parts of my country. So I would love to watch season 5, etc., as it's so popular here. Hope that 2 episodes per week. lol.
