well i know i shouldnt cus its late and all, its 11.32pm here in the uk and im about to stuff my face with these bowl of chips.
im feeling a little peckish and today is my last day before i start my new diet tomorrow lol.
it is covered with low sodium salt and extra light mayonnnaise, and oven cooked not fried of course. this makes me feel so much better lol.
anyway is there anyone else out there like me who likes to binge the night before ur dreaded diet?wat did u eat?

hmmmm chips, I love chips but I like them with tomato sauce or vinegar..I went to my local chippy a couple of weeks ago and he asked me if I wanted normal salt ot chicken salt, so i said chicken salt for a change as he said this is what KFC use and makes their chips so nice and I know always use chicken salt now makes them so much nicer...

I am not sure what it really is but I bought some in the supermarket where all the salt is stocked, but apparantly it is what KFC use....

Yes, I do it all the time. I feel like it is my duty to binge before a diet because I won't be eating good for a while.
