How to start a free sms site?

Hii friends, i know php and basic html. i would like to create a website which user can send free sms to other user's mobile phone. but i dont know the procedure of it. i mean how to create such a site. anybody know what i have to do to create that site? i mean what all things i have to do to get such a site? do i need to contact google or any mobile networks to get that sms number?

i think only php and html like programming will not give you the ability to create a sms site. but there is more than this like IBM's new phone model. Get more from www.referrallist.blogspot.com and reply me

you are looking for the free sms for all mobiles in india, just go for www.way2sms.com, if you want to make a free call in india, you can go for a link i.e www.evaphones.com
