Do you teach your kids to pray?

I was listening to my little nephew last night while he was praying and I found his prayer short but meaningful. He was taught how to pray by his mom. I found it really cute to hear him ask for blessings from God and protection for the family... He said all that in his very baby voice. Do you teach your kids or nephews/nieces to pray?

I have a nephew whom we are teaching to pray, like when we 're about to go to sleep we would do the sign of the cross then pray. He would then follow our gestures.

My kids know how to pray the bedtime prayer..I taught them when they were actually inside my tummy.lol.Honestly when I was pregnant I pray the bedtime prayer and as soon as my child learned to utter a word,I taught them how to pray until they memorized it.And I added some simple sentences to that bedtime prayer before they can sleep.

My baby knows how to do the sign of the cross and she knows how to "pyey". She also know where the house of Papa Diyos is near our place. She still cannot make a whole prayer out (she's two) but she knows how to follow and she knows when it is praying time.

way back then when I am still with my mom, I don't just teach my little siblings, instead I show them how powerful prayers are.. I always show a good model to them.

Yes I do teach my children how to pray. It is really important that children knows how to communicate with God as early as their age. It is one of the parents obligation to teach their children not only morally but spiritually.Happy mylotting!
