I know there are plenty of people who like Maccain, and a whole bunch who like palin and obama. But I have not herd one person say they like joe biden.Sure they say he's qualifed, but so was riched nixon. The point is they never say they like the guy,and most of them would not vote for him if obama was the vp on the ticket.I mean the guy couldn't even get 1% of the vote in iowa.

I like him just fine. I'm not voting for him, and I don't agree with him on most issues, but I do like him. Frankly, I'd be much less worried about the democratic ticket if he were the presidential nominee instead of the VP nominee.

Joe Biden has done a lot for women and children victims. I don't usually pay much attention to primaries. I think he is a good down home guy. I really do like him and think he would make an excellent VP as well.

Actually I thought I'd said it a bunch of times but maybe I didn't use the exact words so here goes - yes, I like him, actually I like him a lot and have for years since I'm in Pa. where he's our unofficial "Third Senator". While Rick Santorum was our real Senator I used to wish all the time we could trade...lol! I think the reason he got so few votes in Iowa was MONEY, pure and simple. He didn't get all the attention from the media that Obama, Clinton and Edwards got which meant he didn't raise nearly as much money, which meant not as much attention, which meant not much national exposure, which led to raising less money than the others, and so on, it's vicious cycle that's politics. I really can't see how anyone can actually think either McCain or Palin is more "likable" or "charismatic" than Biden is, not to mention knowledgeable and on the right side of the issues, but that's just me. By the way, I was planning on voting for him in the primary but he'd already dropped out long before ours happened. Annie

I'm not particularly interested if a politician is likeable or not. For me, it is the policies above all that count, though clearly if I feel that a candidate is slippery/dishonest or even worse a crook, I won't vote for them either. Biden is not a particularly charismatic politician but he seems to know his stuff. And for me that is what counts and hence why I would be prepared to vote for him, even though he doesn't exactly set the pulse racing!

Not very much. But a lot of people seem more concerned with the VP than they do with the presidential candidates.
