do you focus to your reasons and have a mature reaction in any ways? how did you manage yourself to the people not to offend them when you have a fix dicision?

I do have my ways on how to influence other people not in a manipulative way. I tend to explain in full details and with great passion when I want my stand to be understood. I won't get tired of giving facts and scenarios just to get my point across and hope in the end that whoever I am speaking with would agree to my decisions. It's just a matter of explaining things well.
