Death Penalty...

I think this should apply if you kill 2 or 3 people then you must be hanged.You can kill someone by mistake but you cannot 3 people by mistake.there are lot of murdering going on out there and it must stop but up to so far it seems as the law is making slow progress in dealing with people murdering others.You can get into jail but still you gonna be back to kill even more people.i just wish the international security could do something when it come to sentencing of murderes
