With the economy going downward it is important to remember your neighbors come together as one. It has always been people helping people to get through the rough times, do not rely on the government. This is not a time to be selfish share what you can whether it be words of confidence or a dinner. Keep your eyes open to what is happening right in your neighborhood, the health of your neighbors, keep all the children safe and warm. This can be a very depressing time for others which could mean the loss of life for many. encouraging words, a meaningful smile can make a difference in many peoples lives when everything seems so bad. We are creatures of habit, lets just remember the good habits that we all hold true to our hearts. Greed has taken our government lets not let it take ourselves. Just some sharing with the very good people on mylot!

Thanks for shining the light on those in need in this time of great turmoil. We all must do what we can for those who can't do for themselves. It is great to know that someone is thinking of more than their own plight. We are all in this together and God has given some of us more than enough to share with others and be a blessing. I know I do all of the time. So, Amen! Do what you can to touch somebodies life for good. Every little bit helps! Thanks. Blessings...

Even those who are fortunate to have now may still lose later, in an economy like this nothing is gauranteed. It is about pooling what we have even if it isnt much and surviving this all. This is not people asking for handouts but good ole fashion let me love thy neighbor.m one neighbor may have the eggs another may have the flour one with milk this is a good recipe for many friendships and getting rhrough a rough time.

It really doesn't matter who it is. If you see or sense a need in someone's life and you can help them by any means and by all means do. We are our sisters's and brothers' keeper. May God bless you richly...

Your idea is great indeed... Yesterday only some other myloter had expressed the ideas in somewhat same manner. I do agree with you and salute to your spirit of humanism. It is quite likely that people may not be able to sustain themselves in the midst of this economic fall. However, as friends, neighbours or relatives, it is our moral duty to help such people and do not make them feel frustrated because that will add to the social problems.

I did not realize this, and to the other mylotter that had written something similiar to this, I do apologize. I believe most of us are worried about so many that we tend to think in the same circles. It really doesnt matter as long as the word gets out there to do what you can not only for yourself but others as well.
