Are there any otaku or anime lovers out there? If so, which anime do you like best? I love watching naruto. They say watching anime are for kids and for the guys only. I disagree with that. I know a few women who are my age watch anime. Some of anime are also educational. For example, Kenshin Himura (Samurai X) is based on the Meiji Era. Death note is also one of the best. How I wish that one day, Filipinos would make one.

Philippines' ANIMAX regional champion is going to have his story converted into an anime by the Japanese. :D So you guys will have an anime of your own. That's not a bad start right?
In Japan, they have Business Jump - business magazines using manga characters, and not purely words. It's very normal for them.

I am definetly an otaku.... :) I check www.animecrazy.net everyday to watch the latest episodes of my favorite anime (like Naruto, Bleach, Xamnd, Hell Girl, Skip Beat!) I also check www.mangfox.com and www.onemanga.com daily to see if any new scanlations of my fav. manga have been uploaded!! ;)

even i am now 32 years old but still i love to watch anime movies. i own a video shop and i have lots of file of different foreign anime movies. I usually watch Dragon Ballz and Flame of REcca. i like also the series of Lupin III. in our place not only man love to watch anime but also woman. we are united in our house while watching anime.

Thanks for the response. I agree that anime is not for kids and male alone. It's cool that you could watch anime with a woman. It's quite rare nowadays

I enjoy anime but I'm more of the manga-reader type. :) I love staring at the drawings and trying to copy them. Another one is that they're simply funny. XD
