relationships are they worth it?

i have heard this question a lot lately and i say that yes they are worth it but then a few of my friends were talking to me and said that it wasn't worth it sometimes if you got to involved and let your feelings get involved, and im thinking that thats the only way that your going to be able to find the right one, one day is to let them get involved at some point, im not saying fall in love the first day but still. i think at some point you gotta take a chance...do you agree that they are worth it or not at all? i would like to take the time to thank you all for taking the time out of your day to stop by and read and review my discussion and hopefully answer, i hope that you all have had a great weekend and that you have a great day and safe week, thanks again for taking the time to come by.

Relationships are ABSOLUTELY worth it if it's equal and it's for the right reasons, with the right person of course. I was in a horrible relationship - mentally abusive, controlling, lazy (no job), but out of it - I gained strength, knowledge and a perfect daughter. He is now in and out of court with 4 other children, on state aide and alone. Was it worth it? Yeah... I wouldn't change it for the world. I learned things about myself I would have never learned otherwise. I'm now in a great marriage. I've kissed a bunch of frogs to find him but it was worth it. I think in any relationship/situation it's totally worth it - you can def. learn and grow from it. It's hard at times especially when you feel like there's so much more but I feel that things happen for a reason. And you never stop learning :)

I don't think you can say if a relationship was worth it until the relationship is over. Ok so my relationship didn't work out but it was worth going through what I did to have the great kids I have got but I dare say I could have still had great kids an easier way!!
