What do you like work at home as entrepreneur or work as employee?

At first I have a dreams that I can get a good job at the best company. Dreams come true, after graduate from my university, I get a good job, a good position, and a good salary but I don't have a time for my life such as recreation, get married, my family (mother, father, sister, and brother. All my time for my work. It is not fair for me. Money that I accepted from my job disproportionate with my spend my time. So I decide to retire young. Now, I willy like work at home as marketing online. I don't like work as employee. Work at home give me money and time for my life.
